Trinity Rose!!

This week has been very exciting!!

On Tuesday play group went good. Then just hung out the rest of the day. Then that night I walked up to the Towers, and we saw a movie. On my way home, I got swooped by a HUGE bat. It was soooooo disgusting. I don’t know what it is about these Australian animals they must not like me. I was just walking along and I heard some squealing and then I looked around because I am all paranoid now and next thing I know it was like a flash and and then I could feel the wind all on my face. That’s how close it got. Then when it swooped up I saw it in the light and ugghhh sooo huge.

Wednesday after dropping the girls off at school I was gonna go to the RTA..and get my Australian licence. Even though I don’t drive I want to have it just to say I have one lol Anyway I called ahead before I walked there and good thing I did because I cant get one until I have been in Australia for 6 months sooo I will have to wait until Jan.

Then I just went home and skped with some of my friends.

For meeting the Cecot family picked me up, which was a bit awkward but whatev, whoever wants to help I appricate. I had a demo with Sarah for the magazines. That went good. After meeting Alyce gave me a ride home, and we stopped and got Slurpee's and lollys!! J

Thursday…was a bit different. Adam decided to stay home because it was the last day with just the girls because Pip was getting educed on Fri. So he drove us to Dance. We just dropped the girls off and went and got a coffee. Then we went back down to watch the girls and Adam and me were cracking up. The girls are just sooo in their own world and don’t pay attention the teacher at all. All the other parents were looking at us funny!

After that we went up to the Towers and the girls ran around…we got them a treat..then we went home. Once we got home, and after lunch they were gonna put up the Christmas tree…which is a bit awkward but whatev its their house. I just chilled and hung out in my room while they did that. Then that night we just chilled and Adam asked me a million baby questions. He thinks I know everything lol

So then Friday morning bright and early…really early like 6:30 Adam and Pip headed to the Hospital. I woke up…said bye, told them to keep me updated. Then went back to bed. The girls just play in the playroom and would come in every half an hour or so because they wanted a different show. I finally got out of bed around 8..8:30ish

Watched cartoons for quite awhile, then decided to start cleaning. I did that real quick. Then had lunch…still no word? So then we made Pip cards for her and the Baby. Around that time it was 1pm and I couldn’t resist I had to txt Adam to see what was going on. So by that time he said that she wasn’t progressing very well and that she was only at 4cm so they were thinking she would have to get a ceaser (what they call c-sections down here) I felt bad because Pip really didn’t want one..and it would take way longer to recover and all that stuff. So then Kathryn came over and wanted to know the details of everything, because they weren’t telling anyone anything. Also they had just officially bought the house two doors down from us, soo they were moving all of the little stuff in that afternoon. So I went over and got the tour and the kids all played out back in the cubby house. By this time it was 4pm and Adam txt me again. He said that at 2pm she gave in anf got an epidural and it helped relax her so now she was at 9cm. YAY I was sooo excited!! It went soo fast!! So then we played a little while longer, then we went home to get some dinner. While the girls were eating I got a txt….”We wanted you and the girls to be the first to see her….Trinity Rose”

　

　

I was sooooo excited!! YAY BABY!!! So when I told the girls…Imogen just wanted to hold it and look at the picture….and Madeline looked at it and shoved it away and said, “Does that mean mom is gonna put her belly in the pool” She could care less about the baby it was sooo funny…but that right there is their personality's soo its not totally unexpected! Lol So Adam was staying there a bit longer, so I put the girls to bed.

When Adam got home….Kathryn came in with him..she must have still been moving stuff. And he had some bubbly..woo hoo!! New baby and new house!! Kathryn had a glass but needed to get home and so me and Adam were talking about how everything went and how cute she is and everything. Then he started saying how wonderful it is to have me there and how he couldn’t imagine anyone else during this special time in their lives and how Pip just adores me and how if something happened that she would want me at the birth over everyone else. He kept going on and on and it just made me feel so special that I have been with them and part of everything going on and its all soo exciting. Like obviously Trinity is never gonna remember me but Adam and Pip looking back remember how wonderful everything was when she was born is what makes me happy!! J

So that next morning Adam asked if I could watch the girls so that he could go help Pip for awhile. So the girls were sooo excited. They had their cards for her and little presents for the baby. And seriously every 5 sec…when is dad gonna be here.?...when is he coming to get us?….. How many min til he gets here? They just kept asking over and over…finally I got them entertained. Then Adam came home to get us!! First we went to Maccas and got some lunch…and already the girls were getting all excited and crazy!!

So then we go the Hospital and find Pips room…and there she is all bundled up sleeping!! She was soo cute! I just wanted to pick her up, but Adam was all “Oh shes still sleeping let her be” he must of seen it in my eyes. When Imogen saw her she just had her sweet little smile and rubbed her head. She just stared at her through the cart thing. Madeline on the other hand was like “Hi Baby” patted her head and ran off. Then she was like look at me..she jumped off the bed using the baby cart as push off and was all crazy!! She really could careless. Finally Trinity woke up and Adam gave her straight to me! J I was soo excited..she was just soo little and perfect!!

 Adam thought the girls would have fun giving her, her first bath. Pip was having a bit of pain so the doctor was in there talking to her and she told us just to go ahead and start. So we get down to the nursery and theres Adam the two girls and me pushing Trinity into the nursery. When we got there the nurse had some questions and she kept looking straight at me when she talked and then I would look at Adam and he would answer them. Then she would look at me funny. Then awhile later another nurse comes up to me and goes “Excuse me but where is your bracelet, we need to keep that on?” I looked at her and was like “Its not my baby!!” She got soo embarrassed and the first nurse looked at me and started laughing. She said, “Ohh I thought your were the mum too..I was thinking to myself Wow she really put herself together, the day after having a baby!” It was so funny, right after that Pip all walks in. So we gave her the bath and then went back to the room…after so long the girls were bored and there wasn’t a lot todo, so we left.

 I was planning on meeting up with Bry’s friend Rachel from the states, since she is down here visiting her family. So I got on the bus and went to the city. Half way there I checked my phone and realized that there was a mix up and she ment the following weekend. So no that day lol I figured what the heck…it was a really nice day might as well wonder around the city. I walked around for awhile…downtown..over byt the Opera House…the botanical gardens…just wondered around. I found a lot of good pictures spots for when Hannah comes down to visit, we will have to go back too. Finally I went around the Opera House to the very very farthest point out in the water and hung out. Nobody was really there, but it had an awesome view.

　

　

　

I called mom and dad and talked to them for a good hour or two. While watching all the tourist..it was quite funny! After that I didn’t know what to do soo I walked down to Darling Harbour to see if anything was going on there…just dumb Christmas stuff. So then I walked back over the Circular Quay and had dinner and went to a few different shops. Found some Berry skittles and Diet coke! J Then headed home!!

Sunday, Adam asked me again if I could watch the girls in the morning just because they don’t really have any family so its just Him and Pip so he wanted to help out as much as possible. The girls have swimming on Sundays so Adam dropped us off there. So the girls did their swimming thing…and then I got them ice creams..then we went a played at the park for like an hour, just trying to kill time. So then we walked home. It was a nice and sunny morning…but as soon as we got home these huge dark clouds rolled in and it just dumped rain. They arnt kidding when they say the “Thunder from down unda” the thunder storms here are crazy!!!

　

Adam got back and it was time for meeting! Everyone was just as excited about the Trinity as I was..well maybe not as excited. But they were. I must talk about the kids a lot more then I realized lol After meeting Rachel dropped me off at home but said that I could come over for movies later. So I helped Adam with the girls..getting them dinner and stuff because he had no clue what he was doing and Imogen was being Imogen about her food. Lol so after that I headed up to Rachel’s and got a Slurpee on my way. It was just the two of us, and we watched a couple movies. Then I walked home and that was that.

Monday, came super fast and I didn’t want to wake up. Adam said that Pip was super bored and lonely so that she might come home today. Then sure enough like 2 hours after he left for work he txt’d me…Pip and trinity are coming home around 12:30. So me and the girls made a sign.”Welcome Home Trinity” When I told the girls that Mom and the baby were coming home, all Imogen said was “That means shes bringing my fairy wings!!!!“ (She had forgotten them there the day before and has been stressing about it lol) Then right on cue Adam and Pip came home. I had forgotten how small she was until Adam pulled her out of the car seat. He brought her inside and handed her to me!! ♥ I loved it! I fed her, her bottle and she fell right to sleep in my arms. The girls were happy to have mom back home, and were interested in everything baby. Even though she just slept. We have had to be on Madeline a lot because she is constantly climbing and jumping and slinging her arms and legs around. We have already had very close encounters lol Lets just say I am sure Trinity is going to be one tough baby. So she pretty much slept the whole afternoon and Pip just did her usual thing…it almost seemed like she hadn’t had the baby yet. Lol I asked her if it was weird that she’s home and has a baby? She said, “That when we first got the girls they were over 3months old, and all they did was scream and cry. They never really slept soundly. So know I am bored, I don’t know what to do. Not that I want her to be that way at all.” I think that’s why they were dreading the baby so much because they had such a bad experience with the girls that in her mind and I heard her say it to a few people is that all baby’s do is cry. Which I mean ya they do that a lot but not as bad as they were thinking. So things are going really good.

Adam had to do a late night thing and so me and Pip and the girls all hung out…we gave Trinity a bath…then we looked through her clothes…then the girls were just pulling everything out…then I read them a story and they were out!!

And that was our night…we watch a bit of tv nothing to exciting!!

But that was our exciting baby weekend and I cant wait to see how things go from here on out!
